Outland saves for the most time consuming trophies in the game. The rest of them can be earned very easily.

Follow the in-guide map to the last Mark of God by using the launch pads

Then use the teleporter to the 'trail of tears' level and kill the sisters, I would suggest following a youtube video for this fight if you're struggling.
