Graf releases his otheros++, enjoy it

it's just a new bootloader for devs (THIS IS NOT PETITBOOT)

How to use:
make install_petitboot_default
make install_bootloader_default
sync
ps3hvc_hvcall /dev/ps3hvc panic 1
